About

I am a therapist, educator, and PhD candidate in Human Development. My work has grown across counseling, teaching, healthcare, spiritual care, somatic practice, and contemplative education. Across those settings, I keep returning to questions about what it means to be human, how we make meaning from what we carry, and what helps us become more compassionate with ourselves, one another, and the world we share.In therapy, I work with adults navigating burnout, grief, depression, spiritual questioning, relationship strain, and life transitions. In teaching and facilitation, I create spaces for people and communities to explore development, embodiment, culture, ethics, and repair with seriousness and care. I am interested in work that does not separate personal healing from the larger conditions that shape a life.

Credentials & Training

I am a pre-licensed mental health counselor in NY working under clinical supervision. I have extensive training in somatic trauma therapy, mindfulness-based, compassion-focused, IFS-informed, and psychedelic therapy approaches.

Individual Therapy

For adults navigating burnout, grief, depression, relationship strain, spiritual questioning, and life transitions. My approach is relational, somatic, parts-informed, and grounded in attention to the nervous system, meaning, and daily life.I also work with experiences of spiritual awakening, religious deconstruction, spiritual crisis, and spiritual emergency, particularly when changes in meaning, identity, perception, or belonging become difficult to understand or carry alone.I offer in-person therapy near Highland Park in Rochester, NY and online across New York and Colorado.

Psychedelic Therapy Integration

Support for adults preparing for, navigating, and integrating meaningful experiences with legal medicines and non-ordinary states of consciousness. This work is grounded in harm reduction, mindfulness, safety, education, meaning-making, and nervous-system support.Services are offered in compliance with applicable state and federal law. These services are available across the US.

Teaching & Facilitation

I teach and facilitate at the intersection of human development, compassion, embodiment, spirituality, culture, and repair. My work asks what it means to be human, what it means to live well with others, and what helps us move toward compassion and flourishing. I create learning spaces that are intellectually serious, relationally grounded, and attentive to the ways identity, history, institutions, and the body shape how we live.

The Space

I offer in-person therapy in a spacious historic office near Highland Park in Rochester, with online sessions across New York and Colorado. The office is arranged to support conversation, reflection, somatic awareness, and a sense of quiet spaciousness.

Rates & Contact

Individual sessions are $175. I am private pay and do not bill insurance. Limited sliding-scale and scholarship spots may be available, supported in part by clients who choose to pay above the standard rate. Teaching, workshops, and facilitation are priced according to scope, format, and setting.
